Question 1

How do you process TikTok Shops?

Accepted Answer

Understand the brand — Get to know the products, margins and audience, so the strategy fits the brand instead of a generic playbook. Find the weaknesses — Audit storefront, listings, pricing, content and creator mix to see exactly where sales are leaking. Optimize — Fix what isn't working, improve the mid-performers, and scale whatever is already converting. Strategize — Price for profit first: set pricing and promo depth so the shop stays profitable inside campaigns, vouchers, commissions and platform fees. Implementation — A detailed roadmap of what to keep, change, improve and scale, and when.

Question 2

How do you process Affiliate Creators?

Accepted Answer

Find high quality, not big names — Creators who genuinely fit the brand and hold healthy average views. Set sample terms and conditions — A strategised sample agreement built to maximise UGC output while protecting your margins. Plan content structure and scheduling — Different content formats mapped to a posting schedule, not one-off posts. Monitor performance — Know who to keep, who to scale, and who to let go.

Question 3

Do you manage all kinds of TikTok Shops?

Accepted Answer

I'll assess your TikTok Shop first to see whether we're a good fit. If I can't grow it, I'll tell you straight rather than take the retainer.

Question 4

Can you give assurance?

Accepted Answer

No, I cannot 100% guarantee that your shop will thrive successfully. What I can hand you is the detailed blueprint I used for the brand in the case study above, which passed ₱100M in GMV here in the Philippines.

Question 5

How much do you charge?

Accepted Answer

I usually charge $15–20/hour, and it's negotiable — it can be lower depending on the size of your business.
